Their meals were outstanding! We love love love The Renaissance! Unfortunately my mother-in-law couldn't get along with her neighbor so it was her problem, not the communities, but we decided to move her out. We're still sad that it didn't work out.

This is a wonderful place to be. The people are friendly and kind. They have every amenity you can think of. There is an exercise room, transportation, sidewalks all around, covered parking, garages and sheds are available to rent; these are a few amenities they have. The apartments are huge, like a house. They are stylish. They have high ceilings, and everything you can think of.

They are the best at Garnet. The staff stay right up on my mom's condition and care. If anything happens with her they contact me immediately. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Independent Living

For those who wish to live primarily without personal care assistance but wish for the advantage of having their household chores taken care of by professionalls, an Independent Living Community may be the perfect fit. You or your loved one can live their lives as they desire while their meals are cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are organized and scheduled. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Typically consisting of a private living space and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily chores out of the way. While policies vary between locations, many residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing care is desired, residents may always utilize the services of independent caregivers.
