We initially chose Legacy Reserve because of the Friendliness of the residents and high quality activities. This was from a first time, exploratory visit, but the first impression was good. Our relative still has not moved in, and we have had to ask the facility to change him from independent living to assisted living status. That is a time consuming procedure.
I really liked the triplex design rather than a multi-storey apartment building. I have a much larger apartment than most I looked at, with a garage. The food is also better than some I sampled. All in all, it was just a good fit for me.
The Summer Village community has made our loved one get more socially involved which we very nice. So far our loved one has not complained about the food, so from our understanding its pretty good.
