Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience, they were all very nice and informative
Summer Village at Magnolia Place seemed dark and institutional, with gray walls. It almost gave me a hospital-like feeling. And were were looking for a much brighter and more homey environment.
Not the best in the world. It's there and does what it has to do. I have had issues and had to complain to address them. The issues seem to get worked out with time. They are short staffed as well and that doesn't help. My loved one seems to be doing ok.

The Summer Village community has made our loved one get more socially involved which we very nice. So far our loved one has not complained about the food, so from our understanding its pretty good.

Summer Village seemed very cleaned and well organized when we first visited. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are nice. Our loved one says the food is fine, he has not complained as of yet. They have been very diligent during this time, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

This seemed like a nice clean community when I visited. They offer meeting and game rooms. The people I met there were nice. This community did not have an opening when we were ready to move.
