Optimum Senior Care in Palatine, IL

I'm not there all the time to see the interaction between the agency and my Dad but from what I've seen so far i am very pleased. The agency definitely found the perfect caregiver for my Dad and she is really good and what she does. I am pleased overall and would recommend them if needed.

Home Instead - Cary, IL in Crystal Lake, IL

I found [name removed], the care coordinator, very understanding, kind and patient. She took much time to get to know my Mom and understand our particular issues. She selected our caregiver not from a list but rather from the perspective of the best possible match. She did very well. I found our caregiver, [name removed], absolutely wonderful. Her heart is certainly in the right place for the profession. She was kind, caring, patient, indefatigable. She simply wanted to help and make things nice for my Mom and her environment. What an angel. II found the scheduler (her name escapes me) patient and understanding with our myriad changes to schedule. So flexible. I would recommend the entire company highly and without reservation. They made a hard thing easy.

PeopleCare In-Home Care Services, LLC - Racine

The caregiver from PeopleCare In-Home Care Services was great with my dad. They were always on time, took him to his doctor appointments and helped around the house as needed. The office staff were nice to work with when we were setting up the services he needed. I would recommend this service.

It was refreshing that they just explained the alternatives that were available and some of the things that make their agency different without trying to sell me. Then they basically followed through with what they said.
