At Optimum Senior Care, we understand how stressful and discouraging difficult transitions can be, especially for those with memory loss. New, unfamiliar places can be extremely unsettling for people living with Alzhiemer’s or other dementia-related conditions. Optimum Senior Care allows residents in the Arlington Heights, Illinois area to continue living in the familiarity of their own home while receiving the assisted living and memory care services they need.
Our experienced and professional caregivers strive to protect your independence and dignity by providing a variety of home care services that’ll make living at home easier and more enjoyable. I'm not there all the time to see the interaction between the agency and my Dad but from what I've seen so far i am very pleased. The agency definitely found the perfect caregiver for my Dad and she is really good and what she does. I am pleased overall and would recommend them if needed.

Optimum Senior Care has been great. They were only helping with bathing services and that worked out well for the time being. Rose was very friendly and treated my mother in law they way i would want someone to treat my own mother. The agency as a whole is very good with communication and I appreciate everything they've done. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Anna, was great meeting with us quickly when my Uncle was to be released from rehab and needed caregivers to return home. We were able to interview our main caregiver and felt the fit would work. Alona, our 5 day a week caregiver, keeps a journal on her day to day activities and calls me with any issues. Internally the 2 caregivers adjust their work schedules when needed so I feel confident that each day one or the other will be with my Uncle. <br />Overall, I am very pleased with their care of my Uncle and their attentiveness to his needs as they change. Currently they are there for 4 hours 7 days a week.
