Touching Hearts at Home of Brookfield, WI

[name removed] just has a care giver come twice a week. She's a wonderful woman and basically elevates some of [name removed] loneliness since losing his wife. Yes I would recommend Touching Hearts to other families, based on the people I have worked with. But we only have one care giver don't have any experience with any others

My father does not need much care it is mostly companionship at this time. Meals prepared are good just not as good as his late wife's (but my mom was the best and spoiled [name removed]). [name removed] has complained that its not worth the cost, but his children feel differently

They absolutely provide a personal touch. So when they say "Touching Hearts," that's truly what they mean. They gave consistent and constant follow-up with our family to make sure everything was okay. We had three different caregivers for three different stages of Mom's needs, all of which were great. Whenever we had to have a substitute, those were all wonderful as well. They all treated my loved one as if she were their mom they were looking after.

I' m completely satisfied. Thanx to all involved especially [Name removed] my "domestic engineer."

I was impressed with the quick response to my request and even more so how quickly we received caregivers. The caregivers were knowledgeable, hard-working and they were delightful company too. We always had care! All these elements were important to us and why they have an excellent rating.

We are very pleased with the caregiver that comes out to the house. They are on time and work well with my loved one. They are currently coming in for companionship. This service does offer other services such as light housekeeping and caring for personnel needs. They came out to the house with a caregiver to set up the service and explain everything up front. This is the best service so far and I would recommend it.

We did a phone interview with Touching Hearts at Home and they were actually our first choice. The only reason we did not go with them was due to the long term commitment contract. We knew it had to be on a trial basis because mom did not want any help to begin with.

The care from this service was excellent. The staff was able to help me as soon as I needed. The caretaker is nice and friendly. We like that they are on time and willing to help in many ways. We are happy with knowing that they help out with cooking and housekeeping. I would highly recommend the service and the nice caretakers for the help with our needs for assistance in the home.

She helps with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. She shows up on time. and is very polite, respectful. Everything is working out very well, and this a home care agency I would recommend.

The caregiver from the Touching Hearts was not what I expected. They were clueless that they would have to take my parents to appointments, grocery store, or anything else close by. They don't have their priorities straight. I loved the lady in charge but there was poor communication.

We have had a good experience with Touching Hearts, they send a steady caregiver to our home. The caregiver is very nice and accommodating, she comes once a week and takes my husband out to run errands and the grocery store. It has been a very big help.

We have 24/7 care for my Mom with Touching Hearts at Home. We have 1 person that stays for many days at a time and then they will leave for 3 or 5 days at a time. They have a replacement come in and it works well. It's nice to know what she is safe.

So far we have been pretty happy with them. We haven't had any concerns with people not showing up or being late. They have been helpful and reliable, and we haven't had any major complaints.

The caregiver that has been assisting my husband and i with care at home is doing a wonderful job. She helps me clean and maintain the house nicely organized. If there is anything else that needs to be done like preparing meals she helps us out a lot. I would recommend Touching Hearts at Home they have been a good company with helpful caregivers.

I really enjoyed talking with the coordinator from this agency. I was happy with a plan of organization and care. I was going to use the services but my son came forward to help.
