She did a great job of working with the personal care attendant [name removed]. The company did a great job of picking [name removed] who was matched quite well with [name removed]. Just a great experience all around.
I would tell others that for the most part they are efficient and meeting my expectations on what I am getting for my money. They are offering companionship to my loved one during the day. They also offer additional services; however, we don't need these at this time.
I chose Synergy HomeCare, because I liked their billing. I like Synergy HomeCare because they are flexible with schedules. Synergy HomeCare has made my experience positive by providing the care I needed on short notice. The caregivers do a good job making the client feel comfortable.
