Elite Nursing Services Inc serves families and their loved ones across Minnesota. More specifically, they serve the seven metro counties of Minneapolis and the smaller surrounding rural counties. A large agency, they provide both home care and home health care, and they specialize in accommodating health-related needs that can be addressed in the home. They do this by hiring Registered Nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nurse aids (CNAs), and nonmedical home care staff who work under the direction of the Registered Nurses.
Depending on the client’s needs, coordinators will send one member or a team of staff members to provide care. This is a good option for seniors who have chronic health conditions, are recovering from a procedure, or have a sudden health-related issue. Nursing staff members can help administer medications, and injections, and handle catheters and other more complex needs. They can also assist with ambulation, wound care, and hygiene.

Total monthly costs depend on the type of care provided and number of hours per month.
They are having some staffing issues and people not being able to cover and that has been frustrating. Before the pandemic I was very pleased. The caregivers we have had are very friendly. They have a nurse (name removed) who is excellent and goes out of her way. Make sure you keep in good contact with administration about is who is coming. I have relied on them to let me know and that is not always the case. I would for sure recommend, it is a good value and I feel like the caregivers are well qualified.

[Name removed] was a very informed person. He was a pleasure to speak with. I asked a lot of questions and he could answer them all. He also sent a follow up email which was very helpful. I also spoke with the nurse who would do the assessment. We are checking out quite a few places. Thank you.
