This didn't end up being exactly what we needed, but the agency was good. People showed up when they were supposed to and we didn't have any complaints, for the most part. It just wasn't for us.

Senior Helpers of South Carolina - Rock Hill, SC

I would tell them that overall it was a good experience but it took some adjustments. The 1st young lady that was assigned to us was very nice, but needed my direction re: what to do and when. We had a substitute one day who was not trained at all and pretty much just sat in a chair the whole time. After speaking with manager, we were assigned a wonderful young woman, who had experience and training and we were so pleased from that time on. I was able to trust her with my mom which was a big deal!! I think the 1st person just needed more training. The sub should not be in this line of work. Our eventual person, [name removed], was a God-send. Like any of the agencies, I am sure getting employees is difficult and training takes time. Overall, we were happy with SH. They responded to our concerns and worked with us to provide what we needed.

Owners very helpful with insurance billing and the caregivers have been very consistent. We have only had 2 in the entire time she has been with them. I highly recommend Hands and Hearts Home Care Services to others looking!
