I had a positive experience working with Ultimate Assistance for Elders home care agency. They provided me with excellent support and guidance to obtain needed services. Within a few days Heath aid started providing home care services that I needed. The Heath aid was very caring supportive and knowledgeable and was a great help for me. The office personnel was available to answer all questions that I had. They took time to understand my needs and answer my questions. Thank you Ultimately assistance for Elders team ! Your effort is greatly appreciated!
They have a lot of extra fess and deposit that other places don't, the office staff are bad at communication. The home workers are very good at what they do.
Activities - not sure what this means. My sister was very sick so she was bedridden. She was well cared for and kept company. Activity was primarily bathing her. Value for cost - I believe I got great service
