Highly recommend CareTen. Initially my mom was reluctant to hiring a home health aide. But when we had no choice but to find help for my mom, I spoke to a few different agencies. Care Ten was so helpful to me and my family. I was in the ER with my dad on a Saturday night and realized that we needed help as soon as possible. The social worker gave me Care Ten’s number and I was able to speak to [name removed] that evening and she told me she would do her best to get an aide for us. She was able to get someone to our home within 36 hours. We didn’t use Care Ten for long as we were transitioning my dad to Memory care but both aides were so kind and helpful. We would not have made it through the week without their help.

CareTen was very attentive to my family’s needs from the start. [Name removed] and her team were always wonderful to work with. The caregivers were very sweet and caring and capable. If there was ever a problem, it was rectified quickly. I never had an issue with reaching anyone no matter the time. Caring for a loved one is so stressful and at some point you realize you can no longer do it on your own. I’d highly recommend CareTen when that time comes. My mother was lovingly cared for from the start through the end of her life, at home, and with dignity.

They have been a God send! CareTen placed a person with my mom immediately. At the time she needed 24 hr care. Every one of the caretakers was caring and attentive to her needs. I highly recommend this service.

In March of 2023 I fell and broke my shoulder. My daughter was not able to give me the care that I needed. CareTen found the perfect caretakers for all my needs. They responded quickly to any request and kept us updated. All the staff that I interacted with were excellent. I highly recommend CareTen.

After contracting several different home care agencies we found that CareTen was consistently responsive to the ever changing needs of my mother's physical care. In addition, CareTen was supportive and willing to be flexible with schedule changes in our household.
