I had a positive experience working with Ultimate Assistance for Elders home care agency. They provided me with excellent support and guidance to obtain needed services. Within a few days Heath aid started providing home care services that I needed. The Heath aid was very caring supportive and knowledgeable and was a great help for me. The office personnel was available to answer all questions that I had. They took time to understand my needs and answer my questions. Thank you Ultimately assistance for Elders team ! I actually stopped using Senior Helpers. twice the home health aide came without being scheduled and they charged me for their mistake. It is hard to say we would or would not recommend because I didn't have a problem until I did. Overall it wasn't terrible.
