So far everything is going well, it is a work in progress. We had a couple of replacements, but so far the one we have now is pretty good. The agency is very good, they are quick to respond and they are trying their best. We need a care giver that is able to provide transportation for my mother. It is a work in progress. Overall they are very willing to work with us. I would recommend this home care agency.

The experience with Home Care Assistance has been an all around good experience. My mom really likes her friend/caregiver and seems to be adjusting very well to getting the help. The process to start services was very professional and the agency definitely paired Mom with the right caregiver. She is there mainly to serve as a companion and Mom enjoys the time! She takes her shopping and to the beauty parlor. I couldn't be happier with the experience so far.

So far I'am satisfied with the services I have received from this home care agency. I am coming along nicely. The care giver I have is kind, and helpful. She shows up on time, and I have no complaints at this time. Everything is working out well, and I would recommend this home care agency.
