They've done a great job working with my Mom, and she's shown a lot of improvement, we're down from needing around 30 hours of help a week to about 6. Due to the scheduling I haven't met many of the caregivers myself, but Mom has found a few she enjoys working with. They're always on time, and we've never had any issues with no-shows!
The admission person [name removed] was great--very personable and lovely. The primary RN was very thorough (I am a PT with 32 years of healthcare experience in all things geriatrics)--great admission visit and follow up 2 weeks later. She did a great job of working with the personal care attendant [name removed]. The company did a great job of picking [name removed] who was matched quite well with [name removed]. Just a great experience all around.
My caretaker is [name removed]. A She is incredibly good with my husband . She has great dementia training. Very pleased . She deserves more money. [name removed] takes Don to Senior Centerand library. I wish she could take him to Dr appts. In Rochester. She loves to laugh which my husband loves.
