We are no longer using their services, since my loved one needed to move into assisted living. However, it was a good experience working with them. The prices were definitely a little high, but we were able to have the same caregiver come out. We had no issues with tardies or scheduling conflicts. In fact, they were actually very accomodating to our schedules! I appreciated that they were able to help me on short notice with change of schedule! Total monthly costs depend on the type of care provided and number of hours per month.
[name removed] responded with very short notice on two different occasions when we needed help with our parents. On one occasion my mom got driven to a doctors appointment and got help with some other tasks around the house. The second time we called, [name removed] responded quickly and was able to match my father with a wonderful caregiver who came twice a week. Both times, the caregivers were pleasant and attentive.[name removed] also set up a new AI app in my parents appartment which senses unusual activity. It detected a fall in the middle of the night, and [name removed] got help to my father immediately. I would recommend Senior Helpers!
