The quality of care and feedback provided by the attendants varied by individual. And while the hourly rate is reasonable the total fees builds quickly if the service is supplementing nursing care during business hours.

Staff was friendly and nice. My mom was happy with the service. We will call again if needed. We would recommend to others.

My sick relative got a bill for one day's work. He paid up front the entire amount with the $100 administrative fee. He was told this would cover everything for his two-week care. It seems that Home Instead's pay period ends on the 15th of each month. So we are in the middle of an out-of-state move, two insurance companies, doctors, and many difficulties. It would of been nice to have one thing taken care of, with honesty.

They don't give correct service amounts and bill you for their mistakes. Do you need that when you are taking care of a sick relative?

My husband eagerly awaits Al.s visit on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ... even getting up at 5:30 to be ready for Al's visit ay 9:30! m y husband (and I) are truly benefitting from his visits. I really liked them when I used them. What they provided and the care I needed at the time, was great. I didn't ever have issues with people not showing up, or not calling if they were going to be late. Unfortunately my loved one needs a new kind of living situation, but I would use Home Instead again, they did a great job.

I was over whelmed by preparation for and then recovering from Thanksgiving week.<br />I knew when we first opened the door that Al was going to be a perfect fit for my husband.<br />He is bright and responsive; thoughtful and in interesting ad experienced . <br /> <br />Al is also skilled in developing relationships and understanding the value of creating and friendly relationship and s and trust.<br />My purpose in engaging HomeINntead was to help increase my husband's physical acuity provide some mental stimulation.<br />Al is meeting those goals: 1. he has started an exercise routing for my husband that is stimulating and appropriate and he often exercising right along side of my husband. and 2. he  has entourages my husband to talk about his childhood, current events am his experiences in the military .<br />You can tell: we are pleased 100%
