Comfort Keepers of Lexington, KY

I have no complaints about how things are going for my father since he has been using this company. The staff have all been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the quality of care they have been providing my mother. The caregivers are on time to our appointments and make sure to keep in good communication with my self about his care. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend this company to anyone interested.

Great experience. After trying all others in the area I must say Home Instead out of Frankfort was the best experience. Better training and much more reliable. Treated us like they cared. From office staff to the Director all wonderful.

BrightStar Care of Louisville, KY
4.0

What really made a difference was BrightStar of Louisville has additional accreditation that other places didn't. We also really liked their representative, she was great. We looked at a total of three places. BrightStar is still kind of new and there was a bumpy start to mom's stay. There was a delay in getting her on the schedule and a couple of missed opportunities to contact her family about issues but nothing big. The staff is working with us and hopefully we'll all be on the same page soon.
