The owner was amazing as well as the director. We had one caregiver that got to comfortable and sat on her phone all day and didn't engage or care for my mom. I had cameras so I knew what was going on. I notified the owner immediately and within a couple of hours that caregiver was gone. They were amazing. After that caregiver was gone I requested another one that was my favorite. She took amazing care of my mom and engaged with her all day. I never had to check my cameras because of the trust I had in her. The owner worked really hard to get the caregiver I wanted with my mom even with her busy schedule. If I had an issue, it was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them!!
The caregiver I was assigned through this home health company has been amazing. She always says how she doesn't like to be just standing around and how she enjoys to stay busy.
