Touching hearts at Home is a very good company. Everything is going well for my loved one. I would recommend their services to others looking for Home Care for a loved one.
The upside is they send very qualified people to take care of Mom and do their thing. And the downside is sometimes we have to change caregivers. That's not because we don't like the caregivers they send. It just seems that at times, they have some turnover. But they always follow up with somebody good. And they've never missed an appointment.
My mother has had excellent care from the caregivers. Caregivers are always kind and helpful. The office staff is wonderful too!
