Whispering Oaks

I'm not sure of her title but [name removed] has been very helpful . And others also very friendly ,helpful. Gentleman that takes out the garbage helped me a great deal when mom was moving in. It is expensive, but the facility is lovely.

My mom has been at the facility now for a couple weeks. She was really happy when she first came in to see a lot of people she knew. The apartment is ample in size, very clean, and a lot of amenities. The staff generally seems to care about the residents. The shuttle service is a great necessity for people that don't drive. They do offer church services, movie nights and other activities for the residents. The process of moving in was very easy and [name removed] is terrific to work with.

We found it clean, bright and welcoming. And it smelled good. Some facilities don't seem to consider that. Your staff is exceptional and treat my mother in law like their own.

We are so happy with Whispering Oaks! Lots of activities, transportation, entertainment. Small dogs & cats welcome. All newly remodeled.

The facility is always clean and the move in process was very easy. They're just like everywhere now, they have trouble with staffing. My mom's only complaint is the food. Occasionally it isn't great, but that is probably anywhere. She always liked to cook and isn't used to other's cooking. I would have no qualms about recommending Holiday Whispering Oaks to others.

I would encourage anyone to move into this place specifically. I have lived in four senior establishments since 2021 and find this the best place to live, the most economical, many improvements have been made since I've been here, they've hired a new director who has brought this place to a five-star establishment, the food is great most of the time, and I would advise anyone to look at this place as their home.

It's ok. My mom says it's gone downhill. She hated the food. All of the residents complained about the food. The staff was nice and it was clean.

This is the fourth Independent Living place I have lived in in the past 2 years so I've seen the best and the worst. Enormous improvements are being made at the moment, including all public areas and also remodeling apartments. Food choices are above standard. Housekeeping is very good. Many people have called this their home for many years, and the personnel have worked here for elongated times. I have not been here long enough to know what I could be dissatisfied with.

Everyone is a 5+. My loved one couldn't be happier. Love everything about it. The best. Housekeeping in apartment done weekly. Change & provide sheets, towels and wash weekly. Maintenance does everything including hanging pictures, changing and providing lightbulbs. Carry groceries for her. They have activities all the time. Food excellent, at least 2 of the 3 meals daily. Common spaces meticulous. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Based on our families experience we can say we would probably recommend this community to other families.

The meals have greatly declined, in the year that my loved one has been there. Rapidly since Atria has taken ownership. The activities has improved, since [name removed] took over as the activities coordinator. I chose this place because, the community had an opening and it was close enough to my loved ones few friends that are still alive.

They are going through a change over. It is a bit of a mess. People are leaving and they are raising prices. I would say stay away till it is figured out.

We chose Whispering Oaks because this was closest to her home that she was at, so her friends who lived close could still come to visit with her. The apartment sizes here are very very nice. The staff members were extremely helpful with explaining things to mother before she actually signed on the dotted line and moved in. She is adjusting well and we would recommend them to others.
