Westminster Terrance us by far the best skilled nursing Assisted Living facilities I've stayed. It is very clean, well organized with high level degree management's daily involvement. All residents are cared for by a group of trained medical team, together with different on line supervisors with highest respect, working with residents on different group outings sight seeing and indoor activities for residents of all ages. Management not only continuously generate new ideas and basic process, but also develops policies to ensure all residents are safe as medication are being depended by Med-Tech professional on a timely schedules basis. Most of the caretakers have been good except one. The main problem is the director does not seem to respect or care about residents.
