Very caring staff, well kept grounds and interior; small setting--plenty of attention to residents. However, rooms were far too small. Just bedrooms, not much personal space. Not the right setting for my mother.

My sisters and I were very impressed with the Wentworth Home. The staff took their time explaining the different care levels they offer. We receive a tour and loved the room they thought our mother would like.

They are superior, and I know that after talking with a number of clients and staff members and touring the facility. It has essentially the lowest cost quality accommodations in the whole Sea Coast area because they are nonprofit and have endowment funds that support the care needs of the residents.

Warmth from staff and residence. People interconnecting on positive level. Welcoming and enthusiastic. Helpful interview from sensitive staff member. Comfortable, nurturing atmosphere. Temperature too warm with a lack of fresh air. No evidence of air conditioning. No inviting outside areas.

A Place for Mom has scored Wentworth Home 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
