Vista Veranda

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is all very nice and helpful. Communication between the staff and the family were very good and informative. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We were glad when we found a place as nice as Vista Veranda with a dedicated staff that was able to help us care for our mother in her last year with us. When she moved in no one knew that a pandemic was looming around the corner. It became more difficult than anyone would have imagined that it would be. Everyone's world was turned upside down. I personally thought having mom in a care facility would be like what your normal used to be. We were pleased to know although it was difficult for all involved, especially mom and the other residents, we had a good group of dedicated people looking out for mom. It is with great appreciation for your kindness and caring of our mother [name removed], that we ask that you accept this gift from us. If at times you feel discouraged, or underappreciated with the situation, know that taking care of your residents helps their families and has a profound affect on their lives. As an entertainer, I have the opportunity to experience many different retirement communities. It is always refreshing to find one that is so invested in the comfort of its residents.

My father spent 2 year at Vista Veranda. The staff treated him as if he were a member of their own family. They have a dog who would head to my dad's apartment to visit with him. When my dad has a difficult time breathing, she was there. It meant so much to both myself and my dad. Truly a great place for a family member.

Wonderful facility. I am hospice nurse manager that visits facilities for patient care. I have been very happy with patient care/community overall. Kind staff is awesome! I feel as if I have entered a different world when coming to visit. One amazing place and I refer this facility often. Great job team, no advice other than keep going great at what you do so well!!!

We chose Vista Veranda because it seemed very homey and welcoming when you walk into the door, it did not seem institutional. The staff members here invited us to come to have lunch with them and I sat with a couple residents and my mom with other residents. We got the chance to talk with them and were able to get feedback from them about their experiences. The lunch was also delicious and sold him on moving in here. The facility is all on one floor, so you don't have to worry about stairs or elevators. They have handled the whole COVID virus very well with testing and visitation etc. I would recommend this community to others.

My mother lived at Vista Veranda last 2 years. The staff were very attentive and caring to her needs. They hosted many different events throughout the years for the year for the clients and their families which were very nice. Although my mother did not participate in many of the daily activities, they had a nice variety of activities for the clients. During the COVID-19 shutdown, they kept us in touch with brochures there through Facebook, and facetime and updates thing through phone calls. Very nice facility!!!

We just went through the process of searching for a place for my om. The people at Vista Veranda stood out to us as very caring and positive. It was obvious that this was the place for my mom. [name removed] helped me through everything and was so kind. I am very excited for my mom to start this new chapter in her life at Vista Veranda.

Vista Veranda, a charming country based community setting just north of the city of Ravenna offering the best of the best in senior living services. One of Ravenna's best kept secrets. This community is older, yet the recent renovations, charm and class still remains the best offering as well as a tenured staff providing wonderful care and engagement daily. I've personally had a grandmother live in this community and her experience was like no other. I wished we'd made the move sooner. Hats off to the team for all that they do day in and day out for the residents.

I talk to my mom every day and we are extremely happy with all that Vista Veranda is doing to shelter everyone in place while still trying to maintain some social stability. I dropped off things twice and I am very pleased with the way this was handled. I am very confident that every staff member within Vista Veranda takes this pandemic seriously and have our loved ones in your heads and forefront of your minds with every decision that you make.
