So far they have been great. They have a Facebook page where they upload pictures of the residents doing the activities and they seem to really encourage them to participate. You are able to schedule times to eat with your loved ones and the meals look great and we have heard nothing but good things. Visiting is easy and the staff are all super helpful and great with communication and providing updates to us since we do not live close. Although the facility is quite lovely in appearance and the general staff are caring and loving, the overall management is poor. The staffing at this facility is inadequate.. The patient/staff ratio is approximately 50/4. Although certain medical and personal services are to be provided, oversight is strongly recommended.

The facility is nice and clean and my MIL is happy. Everyone is friendly and she says the meals are good. My only issue is that it can be difficult to get a callback when I leave a message. I usually have to try a couple of times before I get a response. That and the night staff are not knowledgeable about....really anything outside of their direct responsibilities. Since we work during the days and visit in the evenings, there can feel like a disconnect in communication. This doesn't impact my MIL though. She's really happy there.

We chose Villas of Holly Brook primarily because it was closer to my brothers house. It was also just very clean and nice and it has proved to be that way through our experience here so far. Everything is going quite well and they are very easy to work with and helpful. I would recommend them to others looking.

The place is just beautiful. They have a very home like set up. It is small. The staff knew my mom by name right away. I would place her there again given the chance. The rooms are great ,perfect size for memory care residents. Residents like the food.
