Villages Rehab & Nursing Center

My loved one's care went well. He loved the food and he ate three big meals a day. He was happy with the therapy. He was strengthening and was able to use a walker. He reviewed this facility in 2016 and he wanted to go there. It has a nice setting.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean.

I thought they were very good. I talked with one of the nurses today and she was informative and answered all my questions. They have a good cleaning staff. Everyone is friendly and the staff is attentive.

We have been satisfied. Everything has been very good.

My loved one has been working with the physical. I have been singing their praises. I am not in the area but I talk to him all the time about his stay because he calls me. He told me he feels like a millionaire staying at the Trump Tower there. It really is like a hotel. We are delighted at the nursing care he has been receiving. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend. In fact, I say if something happens to me, I know where I want to go.

The facility is very clean and it does not smell one bit. The rooms are very nice with their set up. There are windows and it is very nice. They have a dresser and nightstand. It is large and clean. They have enough people working there. They are very nice and the aides are terrific. My loved one is having a very positive experience.

The experience was really good. The staff was really good.

Everybody has been very helpful. It is a well-run place and my father has no complaints.

My loved one was there before, loved the rehab therapy, and wanted to go back there.

The Villages has been pretty good! My husband is like a kid and just wants to be home but I really do not think there is anything the facility could do differently. I know that he has a woman assigned to him that has been helping him with his therapy program. The therapy is going well for him and I appreciated that they called me a little while ago.

My loved one's stay at The Villages is going really well for him. He is happy with the nursing care as well as the therapy. As far as I can see there is not anything they can improve at this time.

Everyone there is taking extremely good care of my loved one with her special needs. They have been very positive.

So far when we are there visiting they have been very helpful answering all of my frequent questions.

The food is great and the care is great. My sister has had OT and PT and that is good. They are caring and compassionate. She loves bingo and won a necklace! They have great activities there. They had a big ice cream social. Sometimes the trash cans could be emptied sooner. The dining room is very nice for the patients to socialize. The food is excellent. The meals are very timely and if she does not like something, they accommodate with a nice variety. They give me updates and they take her to doctor appointments with a van service. The nurses update me on a daily basis.

They have a very hands on owner. They have very good day nurses. They have a great physical therapy program.

They are attentive and help you.

The nursing care was very good. The meals don't look like what they are supposed to look like.
