Very clean facility. Friendly staff overall, however some people working at this facility do not need to be in this work field due to their lack of patience and listening skills. Some physical assaults and verbal [Removed] is a known fact at this facility. Unfortunately the [Removed] is against those suffering from dementia or other mental disorders that are unable to report their [Removed]. Sleeping on the job in resident rooms. Staff misrepresented as "Nurses". There is only one LPN on site. Others hired from outside. Mrs. Eddleman is not a nurse. Mrs. Walker is not a nurse. Meds given twice to same resident.
