Twin Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care

The value for money was very reasonable, especially compared to others we looked at. More CNAs would be good but that's the case everywhere now. We were involved as a close family to let them know what we needed as things came up and we felt Twin Oaks gave good care for the money. Activities were not helpful in our case as our mom was nearly blind and deaf and unable to enjoy most of the activities. However, we brought music to he, along with other residents. Perhaps recruiting more old time or 59s and 60s music would be enjoyable. Our family continues to bring that but only for an hour per month. One thing we deeply appreciated is that the owners were on sight every day. Rather than an out of state ownership group we felt things were well cared for.

Twin Oaks active management under Executive Director [name removed] and owners [name removed] work hard to give the best possible care for their assisted living residents. The owners are onsite every day to ensure that needs are quickly met so that each resident is as comfortable as possible. You might see [name removed] out blowing snow off the walks, but you will always see [name removed] at the front desk making sure all is in order. When the [removed] closed with minimal notice, Twin Oaks staff stepped in for my brother making his transition to a new facility much less stressful under difficult circumstances. [name removed] quickly addressed long term care insurance certification requirements. I am also grateful for [name removed] help with the move.

Twin oaks is an amazing facility that cares about its residents very deeply. They have been an absolute god send! The owners, [name removed] are very attentive and always there to help. Their staff is wonderful and friendly! We feel very blessed to have our mother there!!!

They have a caring staff. Lots of fun activities for the residents and families too. They're willing to help and deliver meals if resident isn't feeling up to it. They'll sit with the resident, if needed. They go above and beyond.

The staff is very friendly. They take time to get to know the people living there and the family. It's just very homey and and nice. I highly recommend Twin Oaks.

Twin Oaks is amazing!The people there were extremely personable and knowledgeable. The building smelled wonderful! The cost and location was important as well. The owners have been so helpful and wonderful. One of them even joined a gym with my mother in law and takes her each day!

Twin Oaks is a beautiful location for assisted-living. As for the memory care, there are no stimulating activities during the day. If your loved one likes to nap or sleep all day and eat three square meals, then this is the place for you. But if you need your loved one to have stimulation throughout the day, then I would not recommend this place.

Outstanding faculty. Any and all questions or comments are immediately addressed. The staff is very friendly and approachable at any time to answer any and all questions or concerns. From all places where we were before this is absolutely the best. The owner herself is in the facility every day and if staff cannot respond to any and all questions, the owner will immediately step in. This is absolutely a wonderful place for your loved ones.

This has been a fantastic experience for us. The staff are very friendly and they seem to care for my loved one well. My loved one seems to be happy here and this makes the family happy. There are three meals a day served daily to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The community is able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Twin Oaks is the best caregivers! I can be a daughter again! With all the care my mom gets from all the staff. Her room is always clean and tidy. She's always clean and happy! They're the best! Caring, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.

After visiting many communities I found Twin Oaks The most suitable for my mom. It is very clean. the staff is caring and kind. I feel safe to have Mom there.

My mother is an original resident of the memory care unity at Twin Oaks. Every staff member has treated her well and done their best to meet her needs. They are very loving

You can instantly feel the warm hospitality from the friendly and truly caring staff. This is not a corporate enterprise and it shows. Family run and charming. The owners and staff take a sincere interest and approach with each individual resident. It’s very special. So much thought and attention to details. Excellent cuisine. Modern, clean, lovely and elegant.

My friend‘s parents were residents at the Twin Oaks assisted living. It is a new building and looks it. The people and owners at Twin Oaks set this place apart. Truly caring staff and owners who are at the building regularly. I was always greeted by smiles from staff and other residents and my friend always talks about Twin Oaks as her family! It is a big decision to trust care of your loved ones at a senior home. Based on their experience, I would say that they made the right choice.

Lucky enough to find this brand new senior living community! Entire facility was great, even the golf simulator! ?? The entire staff was very welcoming! The rooms were a comfortable size, and the dining area was full of sunshine!

We have been staying here for quite some time, and the place gets better and better. In the beginning it was difficult because there were not a lot of employees, and the head manager at the facility was not good, we heard her yelling a few times it was very bad. There is a new manager now he is very nice and personable. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell they care about the people who live there. Facility is new and modern however also feels at home, we love it here!
