I highly recommend Treeo to anyone who asks. It truly is like a family and residents are very attended to. I don't worry about my friend's safety. Director and staff are excellent and the price she got in at was great. Parking, transportation, PT services, special requests are all superb. Maintenance, as well. My mom has lived here for over 2 years and has enjoyed being here. Treeo was built/opened just 5 yrs ago- all the apartments are modern, with all up to date appliances, lighting, etc. Various sizes of apartments on all floors give choice for living options. The common areas-lobby, bistro, dining area, theater and community areas/patio are nicely decorated and are nice for ALL the activities that happen here. There are many off-site activities too. Personal transportation can be arranged by the driver on staff for appointments. Meals are good and the staff is very helpful. What we first noticed was the atmosphere- the residents, their families and staff all are friendly and inviting. Extra assistance and PT can be contracted by on site care partner/s or by a care organization of your choice.

Treeo is a very friendly organized establishment to consider when choosing a place to reside in when you are. a senior citizen looking for a lifestyle providing the services that you no longer can provide for yourself but still desire their presents. Treeo in my estimation will satisfy your needs and you should consider a visit and see what a special home Treoo is.

Walked in to find a place for my parents. Received invite to tour in mail. The manager was yelling in the lobby at one of the girls. Saw another lady grab her purse and leave. I walked out right behind her. Yelling in front of the residence and guest was the highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever seen. Don't send your parents there. Find someplace else. They need peace. Not yelling.

My friend is 80. She moved in last Dec. It is like a family to her, everyone is wonderful and very attentive. She has felt very secure and comfortable. She has worked with physical therapists who are on the property. She loves them. She is on the list to go to a thrift store and out to a restaurant outing in a week or so. She is so excited. When she had to go in hospital for a week, they took care of her little dog. They are super kind to her, know her habits and routine. All the staff pitches in to do every role when needed. The food is great but she sometimes feels as if the portions are too small. She's very skinny! That's the only complaint. They are an active community. The residence itself is beautiful and only 3-4 years old. It's just lovely. Importantly, it is not clique-ish at all.

The facility has a modern vibe and is kept very clean. The apartment sizes are fine. My one bedroom seems quite large, they have different sizes for different needs as well. Amenities are quite good. I especially like the theatre. I would recommend Treeo Senior Living Raleigh to others and actually already have!

I toured this community. The rooms were new and spacious. The outside area for the residents seemed small and confined, it didn't feel inviting. It's also in a very busy location/area.
We like the people, other than a couple of sharp replies to my friend when kitchen staff were stressed. We were disappointed to find that there were no disposals or ice makers in the fridge. I didn't think to look for that. I know the logic of the management company, but it's cheap economy. She had all that and a bigger apartment in Birmingham, do us a bit dissatisfied. The food is not great, average at best. She hasn't participated in many activities due to health. They seem fine. The value probably is as good as it gets in Raleigh. They are basically good and most staff and residents are very friendly. Many people we met love it there. But some improvements are needed.

This community is very clean and a nice building. This was more independent living than people that needed more help so we felt like this was not a good fit because my loved one needed more care.

We loved Treeo! I think it was for a younger demographic though, which was the only thing that didn’t make it a good fit for us. But I was very pleased with it. They were very warm and welcoming. I thought the activities were very original, not the usual bingo and things like that. The staff appeared to be very enthusiastic. They were definitely our first runner up.
Our family had a virtual tour and it was a little to expensive and they are only independent living which is why we did not choose Treeo Senior Living. However they people were great, the location is nice and they have a bar.
Our family had an in person tour and Treeo is a very pretty facility but it was not within our budget. They tried to give us a good price for the one bedroom which was nice, but at the time they were under construction so the surrounding outside area did not have any trees or nice scenery. Also if you wanted to go shopping you would have to pay for a shuttle instead of being close enough to walking.
The community has had a great covid plan and does what is best for residence to be safe. The community had promos we took advantage of and they will work with you also. I have peace of mind with mom being here.

This is a brand new community, it was built in 2019. They have studio rooms, small and large one bedrooms and two bedrooms. They even have bedrooms with balconies. This is independent living, and they take care of your every need here, it is absolutely excellent.
