My mother moved into Town Village Tulsa about two months ago. So far, she is very happy to be living in this community. The employees are very friendly. The apartment is spacious and the building is very clean. The entrance and dining areas are warm and inviting. I also like the fact that there is always someone at the front desk monitoring what goes on in and around the building. My mother and I would definitively recommend Town Village Tulsa to anyone looking for an independent living environment.... Read more

The staff were very pleasant and really accommodating for about the first 30 days. The medical care home health that is contracted with the community was a separate charge, we were told they were Johnny on the spot, and that they would come all the time and that was not the case. They did not meet the expectations, and over committed. The dining service was inconsistent, and the house keeping was not very good either. We would not be able to recommend them.

Town Village allowed our loved one to live and independent lifestyle which we liked. The rooms are nice and the food they served was about a four out of five. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The food is not the best right now and is not right for people with diabetes. The kitchen is not clean enough. The communication is not good especially with covid updates. Some of the senior staff seem like they don't have time for us and ignore us. The supplies seem to be lower than normal. We are no longer getting snacks or bottled water and we only can eat on their schedule which is 3 times per day but only 2 times on Sunday. I would not recommend this community.

I think it is a great place. It is definitely worth a visit. The food is good. The room sizes are good. It is fenced in so you can let your dog loose. There is a lake next door. The staff is very good.

walking in we were warmly greeted and loved the "cruise ship" atmosphere. [Name removed] invited us to dinner and ate with us. Unfortunately, the bathroom in he 2 bed/1-1/2 bath was poorly designed and the sink had no counter space. Also, their second person charge was $750. Too high for us. People and staff were out and about.

Very nice facility and food good. The people are so friendly. I talked to multiple people who had lived there for over a year and who loved it there. The apartments are priced ok. There are no balcony's or patios. The yard off the main eating area is beautiful with a beautiful, peaceful waterfall. This is a great place. Not sure if it is the one for us. They raise prices 3-4% yearly. That would make the apartment unaffordable in a few years.

I loved this place, very upscale but the cost was competitive. Tami was pretty and gracious and very knowledgeable as her own mom lives there. I loved the room designs and the units felt new inside. The interior was new and sumptuous. There was an art room with oil painting lessons, a library with ladies playing bridge, and a beautiful dining room with folks visiting long after their meal. They are adding a grab and go cafe near the lobby for snacks and quick meals. Convenient for the active residents taking transportation there, arriving back or gathering to watch sports on several big screens there. Quick service at the conscierge desk, friendly staff!

The kitchen/wait staff are overworked and underpaid. The carpeting in the hallways is filthy! We used to like this place until we looked at other facilities.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. I liked the open floor plan as well as some of the other great amenities they had available to all of the residents. Overall it was a nice visit was just not the right fit for mom in the end decision.

The residents are great. The staff is very wonderful, they are very encouraging. Also they are very proactive, and they helped him adjust to the community, which was very nice. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. Every time I visit the community is spotless, and everything looks great. It has been a very positive experience.
