I have nothing bad to say about the place. Everything's been great. I'm very happy here. I think it's a good value for what I'm paying. Everyone on the staff has been nothing but helpful. They always seem to go to the extra mile. I have a one and a half bathroom apartment, which is larger than I thought I would get for the money I'm paying.... Read more

Keep your loved ones away from this senior living. First hand the comfort care are not trustworthy with your valuables, things have gone missing and management doesn’t care. Oh and don’t utilizing comfort care you will find yourself sitting and waiting for 15 to 30 minutes for them to show up and take you back to your place. Many of the staff in comfort care and dining are seen talking or on cell phones, seems that is more important the us residents. The dining stay is awful, grown adults telling us where we have to sit, refusing us service and using foul language. Need to fire kitchen cooks they don’t know how to cook food the way we request it, half the food served is dry or over cooked. Whoever is doing the food ordering needs to be replaced shouldn’t have to be forced to drink water or skim milk cause the dining is out of cranberry juice, orange juice, whole milk and coffee is old and dark. Also half the time menu options for the day are out or don’t have. We pay top dollars and should be able to get the food options offered to us and enjoy them. The building management has gone down the tubes the past two years. Our rent keeps going up but the condition keep getting worse. Grace management needs to throw in the towel and a new company needs to come in and clean the place up, have people here to work that care about us seniors and our quality of care. Unfortunately the lowest review score option was a one if a zero was an option that’s what this place would of got!!!

If you don’t eat food this place would be ok but that’s the problem! You wait hours to get a meal for 3000,00 and more. Comfort care? OMG what a joke! People wait and wait for an assistance to come and take them back to their apartment after dinner. Their to busy chatting on their phones to care! If you love your family member DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take them here....you WILL be sorry. To bad too, this place used to be a diamond! Now it’s a piece of coal under the current management that is strictly in it for profit!!. Horrible people..

A PREVIOUS RESIDENT. I LIVED THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE. What a wonderful place to live BEFORE the current company bought this facility.they came and introduced themselves to us and told us up front they were a “ solely in this business for profit “ they said our standard would not change but they LIED. Slowly all the things that made this a wonderful place were taken away. One by one. No more special dinners once a month. Birthday party’s were eliminated. WORST THING! They cannot get people fed! The waitstaff walks off the job, the cooks leave one after another. People waiting for hours to get a meal that they pay dearly for. When they call to be pushed up after waiting for hours to get dinner they wait and wait while comfort care people talking on cell phone in stairs corridor. it’s a mess there. Residents are complaining daily about the food service and taking there the things away they pay for. Their rent goes up and they remove something they loved. At the last meeting they (the residents) we are not taking anymore complaints about the food! Who says that! They are paying 3.000 and more to be told that? Please if you love your family member DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE. ITS Horrible! They talk a great story but night mare to live here. I moved out my friends have moved out. So I know what’s happening there. ITS A MESS PLEASE BELIEVE ME.. Thanks for reading. Hope you listen.

The facility was beautiful, the food was outstanding. & the staff was marvelous. The apartments themselves, while accomodating, lacked a doorwall, which is high on my list of priorities. Otherwise, high up on our list of contenders.

My sister loves the community and my dad likes the community too. I have nothing terrible to say and I would recommend them. It looks very nice and it is huge. We picked this community because they have some younger residents which is a good environment for my sister.

Town Village was the only one that had a pool from the places and, I toured. It was a very nice place, and also a little bit more pricy. The only thing that did not impress me was that there was no parking for guests. It's a huge place with a lot of units, and very nice but they had zero parking.

On my tour I got to see the community and thought they were fine. I had seen a room that was to far for my mom to walk to the dining room. The facility has long hallways with elevators. It is a good community but I was looking for a place with an easy walking layout. I had a good tour and they were all good just not the right fit.

Very busy place. Still have some unanswered questions, since I had to leave before the full tour was over. Pool is a nice feature. Very accommodating of family visits.

The staff that conducted our tour of this community were very kind. Town VIllage looked like a clean well taken care of community. We did not choose this community as it was a little to far for us to commute.

My mother lived at TownVillage Senior Living for 8 years until we needed to move her to a memory care facility. This facility is a wonderful place to move your independent parents. The organization has many in-house and varied activities that the elderly have the opportunity to participate in and, in addition, plan several events that your parents can travel to on a bus. I don't know if the following employees are still working at the facility, but these people go the extra mile to make sure your parents needs are met. Kudos to the office people Pegi and Jim, the activities director Chris and busdriver, housekeeping and maintenance workers, the caregivers Monica and Elanya (and other careworkers that went over and beyond the call of duty to assist my mother), the dining room managers, cooks, and servers! My mother was extremely happy at Townvillage and that is what matters the most!

I like it but I'm not in the area. She chose it because of the location. She likes the food, she says it's really great. The cooking is like what her mom used to make. There have been no billing issues that I know of. The activities director has been very sweet, she has gone out of her way to keep an eye out on mom's transition, and lets me know how things are going. I liked it when I went there, and so far I think it's going okay.

My Aunt moved to Town Village very recently and unfortunately, broke her hip shortly afterwards. It is a relief to know that after rehab she can return and receive the help she will need in her new home. When we were looking for a senior residence everyone was very kind every time we visited and they have even checked in with the family as she has been recovering. Her apartment is quiet, just the right size and gets plenty of natural light. It was hard for her to leave her home of 40 years, but we all know that this is going to be a great place for her to live. She will make new friends, have company when she eats, go to her doctor appointments without worrying how she will get there and have many activities to choose from each day. This is a big relief for her entire family to know she is safe and content.

My Mother-in-Law went to live in here against Dr's advice. Best move she has made! She was to go to an assistant living - Town Village is an Active Senior Living. Mom is 91 years young and is getting younger every day. She is up at 6, breakfast by 7 and busy all day long with classes that stimulites her mind and body. She has made many friends, is able to get out and go shopping, to the bank, Dr's apt by herself. She is never in her beautiful apartment! I used to call her every day to check up on her, now I can never catch her in the apt. She has a two bedroom apt that gets cleaned by the same person. There are people that are assigned to you so you get to know who is in your place and they get to know you. They all are very friendly and know your likes and dislikes for food. There is a Chef on staff, and as Mom says, the food is fantastic and you can order as much as you want! Mom is very happy with the different activites each week. Like I said, she is getting younger each day!

We placed mom here a couple of years ago. This was convenient for the family to get to. We liked the dining room and they were big and clean. They had changed ownership and have done improvements since we have been there.

They are extremely friendly, have great activities, good at putting people together when your new to make friends easier, nice apartment sizes, they include a security wrist band which was needed one day when gram fell into the closet, food is good but rotate same meals so residents get bored with the food so they have made multiple changes by bringing in ethnic foods, new silverware, the menu has good variety. They have replaced the carpet with new and have put in new hard wood floors. Bathrooms were spacious but not well equipped in the tub/shower area as the seats are in the corners when they should be placed in the center more to people who really need to sit while showering. She did not like the girls that help out as they were not reliable and sometimes did not show up at all. They place new people together in the dining area every night to meet new people.

My trip to Town Village was eventful. Somehow I got turned around, also very unfamiliar with the area I happened to turn up over an hour late. I should have looked at my trusty map a little bit sooner. Anyway I went in and they were all very happy I had made it, gave me some water and we went on our tour. It was a very nice place, clean, everyone( workers, residents) seemed to have a smile on their face, which says something to me. (to be continued)

Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Spacious and light filled apartments, lovely common areas, superb amenities, 24 hour concierge and other monitors in place for residents' safety, flexibility in daily dining options-our #1 choice (although our plans are currently on hold)
