TLC Living Community

A few of my church friends live here and I have visited them. The place is beautiful inside and very clean. The staff and other residents were very welcoming while visiting. They have a sign with today's activity with a variety of things to do. The food is amazing with generous portions. I would definitely recommend to your family and friends who are looking for an assisted living facility. TLC gives you peace of mind leaving your loved ones in their care!

I have been in TLC 4 months. I have no complaint. I would recommend the facility to anyone who called me.

We (my wife and I) have stayed at 3 places. 2 were poor. TLC is the best. Building is made for senior people. Flat stove chains that five support. Food is good. Staff is an 11.

Was an answer to prayer for my 91-year-old wife and myself. Only 91 years old.

This is a very pleasant place to live. It's clean. The residents and staff never say "That is not my job" and will help anyway they can.

The facility is beautiful! They have so many activities going on. It is also spotless! The food is amazing! The people that work there are like family. Mom's room is great she has a bedroom a living area a small kitchen area and a very large bathroom. Lots of storage. With laundry facilities on every floor.

This community is vibrant! We toured for my grandfather. The residents were all happy & the staff was very helpful & kind. We had lunch and the meal was delicious- and the menu looked great for the rest of the week. The nursing staff all seemed very attentive - but everyone we encountered did too. The place is spotless & bright/cheerful. They also have parakeets in a community room & the residents seemed to love them. They rescued one of them - there’s a great story. Unfortunately, it turns out my grandpa needs a skilled nursing location- but if he needed assisted living , this is where we would move him. Highly recommend!

Friendly, very clean, organized, treat everyone like family.

Loved the building layout & color scheme. The nurses aides were wonderful- very friendly & always remembered my dad's name. Loved who they had happy hour every Wednesday & had singers come in & especially in December they had high school choir come in & other singers at different times to sing Christmas songs.

I gave the staff of four because in his monthly fee he supposed to get two showers a week and there have been times where on his shower day nobody showed up. Also, on more than one occasion, the wait staff has told myself and my sister that we have to make reservations 24 hours in advance to have dinner with my father. It felt like I was getting reprimanded at the dinner table in front of all the other residents, and it didn't feel good and it didn't make my dad feel welcome either. That's why I give it a four for an overall experience. Wonderful facility, I would highly recommend. Minor issues to work out but I this facility is by far the best place for anyone looking for assisted living.

TLC has been a good place for my mom. She has lived there more than three years now. The apartments are well designed, particularly the bathrooms. The whole facility is bright and vibrant. It feels cheerful, not depressing as some facilities do. Without a doubt, though, the most valuable feature is the staff. They are genuinely kind and caring......and not just the nursing staff, either. The people who work in the kitchen and dining room, the housekeeping and maintenance people, the administrative staff.....they are all great.

My mom has been a resident at TLC for a year. We both are very happy that she chose to move in last year. The facilities are gorgeous and very, very well maintained and clean. The staff at TLC, from management to nursing to dining to housekeeping…everyone knows my mom and they are so kind and helpful to her. The residents are cheerful and have a lot of fun with the planned activities. I would recommend TLC to anyone with an elderly parent.

This a beautiful community & the staff are very friendly professionals. The residents seem so happy to be there & you can tell the staff truly cares about them! The building is spotless, and there’s always something going on for the residents to do & happy hour with live music every week is such a great bonus. The food is excellent too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch assisted living community!

From the moment you step inside you are greeted with professionalism, from the upbeat staff, to the care givers, from those who work behind the scenes to make things work and to even the bright smiles from those who live there. Plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy and really get into!!!!! Very clean, enjoyable, bright open areas for the residents and families to enjoy. Great atmosphere and environment with great people

Hi Dad has been at Tlc sense it opened. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. And I can relax knowing he is having fun and is well cared for. He tells me how much he enjoys the entertainment that’s brought in. I received a picture of him petting a baby goat a while back. He was a farmer his whole life. He raised cattle and hogs so this was special for him. It’s comforting knowing he is cared for and enjoying his later years. Oh he has watched lots of shows in the theater room about other countries. This was great to hear for it has opened his eyes to the world. He worked the land 24/7 and did not have the opportunity to see other places.

After touring a few other places, my moms comments when we left TLC's tour was "I'd move here". She did and everything is top notch. I can only say good things about TLC> Run, don't walk if you need a place like this.

I have been a resident for 5 months. Everyone here is very friendly. Both staff and other residents. I feel comfortable and safe here.

My husband and I have lived here almost 2 years. We like living here. We like the food. I get 3 meals a day, with good variety. The heat & air conditioning is controlled by us. We can make it warm or cool whenever we want. We can play bingo 3 times a week, do crafts once a week, and art class once. We can see movies weekly.
