The staff was very helpful in getting my father-in-law in there very quickly. The care staff we're very friendly and kind, but I did not like how that they kept all of the memory care people in one room to watch tv most of the day. Then they reevaluated my father-in-law after 30 days and said he was at their top level and he was not able to do anything for himself resulting in a higher charge. we had taken them him home every once in a while and he might've been slow, but he was able to do almost everything for himself with direction.

Three Oaks has been great for my dad! This facility has a wonderful staff. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and we feel truly cares for my dad. It's clean and well run. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The 4 for activities is not because of what they offer. The activities are great but my Mom doesn't really participate and I wish they would try harder to get her to participate. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend the Three Oaks Assisted Living community to other families.

Rated as a 4 for the quality of care in the memory care section. Staffing was short to give enough care needed for all residents. I was glad to be there mostly every day to help out, and witnessed the shortage. But I would rate 5 in all other categories. The team does try very hard to keep up and create a great life for the seniors, with activities, entertainment, friendliness and food choices.

Three Oaks took excellent care of my parents. They were very kind to them and to our family. The location was perfect for us and the doctor on staff was from my parent's regular office. [name removed] was excellent! The caregivers were wonderful. Food Was very good too. Everything was very clean. Communication was excellent as well.

We recently had to make the tough and emotional decision to move our 85 year old mother into memory care. My siblings and I struggled with this decision and finding Three Oaks and seeing how Mom has settled in we know we made the right choice. We spoke to about a dozen places and looked at several of them in our area that seemed to check all the boxes. But Three Oaks stood out for us as the most friendly and suitable place for Mom. We especially liked the smaller memory care unit with a more homey feel. After move in we know we have made the right choice. The care givers are attentive and communicate with us so well and all of the staff have been great with Mom. Mom is happy and her clarity now that she has settled in has improved. We couldn't be more happy with our decision.

Don't click on contract or you may be forced to pay $[removed] without ever stepping into the building. That's wrong, but it happened! Give some customer support when not asking for a check. More info. Stop being a robot.Worst experience I ever had, because they took mom's money but refused her entry! Then wanted another month's rent because of contract.

My 93 year old father moved into Three Oaks ten months ago. I have been very pleased with the staff and care he has been given on a daily basis. He loves to sit outside and be with nature when possible and really enjoys the garden setting and landscaping that is there. I can see the joy on his face when everyone greets him by his first name as we walk through the building. I’ve even heard him say at times when he sits back in his recliner that he’s “ Happy To Be Home”! A validation to my choice on senior living and care for him.

Finding a caring, safe environment for my mother was a challenge, and I am happy to say I am very pleased with Three Oaks. Response to any concerns has been excellent, with priority given to open communication with family and residents (through Town Hall meetings). Mom enjoys the many activities available, and occasionally, we enjoy social events with her. After nearly two years of Mom residing at Three Oaks, we have seen not only maintenance, but improvement in facilities, food, and activity offerings. The smiles I see on the faces of my mother, the residents, the caregivers, and the staff tell the real story!

We picked this community because, it was close to our house and they had availability when we needed it. They were very nice and accommodating when we moved my father in law in there. We changed our opinion after he was there a few months and moved him to another facility. I would not recommend to others.

The care is very thoughtful and meets the need of my family member. Thus far, she has enjoyed the community and is satisfied with the food. As her health has improved, she's gained 10 pounds, which is a good thing. The facility itself is top notch and is the best we visited in the area. They recently updated the carpeting, painted the walls, finished the tile flooring, and renovated the rooms. It's one of the newer facilities in the area but also has the most frequent renovations, which I appreciate.

Looks nice, they had units available, she keeps her doctor and they use the same hospital as my mom's insurance. And her unit has 2 windows. Got a really good feeling.

I would recommend them. They have a lot of activities. The staff seems to be attentive. They are willing to work with family members when we have questions. The food is correctly proportioned for the residents. The room sizes are great. They have a good outdoor space.
