About the facility The Grove at Oakleaf Village

Meet a Memory Care Community in Ohio…That Focuses on More Than Mom or Dad’s Memory
You’ve focused on your loved one’s memory loss long enough. It’s time to find a memory care community that embraces Mom or Dad’s abilities…and your relationship together.

Meet The Grove Columbus. Opening in summer 2018, The Grove Columbus is a memory care community located in Columbus, Ohio—meeting your loved one’s challenges with a thoughtful design based on research and professional expertise.

You can find The Grove Columbus just south of Route 161 on Karl Road in Columbus.

The Grove Columbus isn’t a wing in an assisted living community. Instead we’re a freestanding, purpose-built community of 4 neighborhoods…designed for 10–14 residents each. See the result of years of research and development.

Mom or Dad may struggle with dementia. But that doesn’t mean memory loss is the theme of your loved one’s story. At The Grove Columbus, we focus on your family member’s rich experiences to bring him or her familiar joys.

At The Grove Columbus, life is full of cognitive, physical, and social activities. When it’s time for a little rest and relaxation, Mom or Dad can enjoy a private or semiprivate suite. Explore the options we offer.

Would Recommend

They are very caring for their patients. They do a good job of checking on them and looking out for them. The administration is top. Meals seemed to be bland and seems cafeteria style.

Happy, Well Cared For, Good and Safe Environment

This is the memory care community and is all housed in this building. I would recommend checking this community out for your loved one. My loved one and I are happy with the care they are receiving. The Grove has only been opened up for a couple of years. It would be nice to have department directors, such as an activity director. They are depend on the staff to assist the residents in activities. The staff tries really hard to engage all the residents. They have different neighborhoods for the different levels of memory care needed.

The tour advisors were very nice and helpful. The things that are covered are very good. However I feel the prices are too high. Also, the facility itself is dated.
