[Names Removed] are wonderful to work with and very good to all of the residents. They took the main entrance room away from the residents to put a "welcome" and often there's no one at it. They have moved the gathering room to a little side room. Highly disappointed in that decision and don't understand it.

Our loved one seems to be happy there, and everything seems to be really good with covid. However, there are sometimes we do have a concern that some residents are not wearing their masks when in the common areas and hallways. Also they have a nursing service room that offers a few services for the residents, and some times those health care workers are not wearing the masks correctly,.

I chose The Gardens at Jackson Creek because the sales rep was very professional and personable, the affordability, and the location. The apartments sizes here are very nice especially for the price. I am in a 1 bedroom and they have a large kitchen and fully equipped with appliances. Full size washer and dryer are also provided as well as a spacious closet. They do have it where you can sign up for lunch and dinner, they cater from different restaurants around and you sign up the week before if that is something that you want to do. They also have a therapist that comes in and does your therapy in your apartment so that you don't have to leave which is very nice. On Mondays and Fridays they have set trips you can sign up for and they will take you to let you do your grocery shopping. Tuesday and Thursdays are for doctors appointments. Overall, I have had a great experience here, they have been extremely accommodating.

I would say to go somewhere else, to people that ask. There is nothing to do, due to COVID. The staff is young and not experienced in working with older people. I don't feel the community is being managed very well.

The staff is really helpful and considerate. They are good at getting you acclimated to the community. The rooms and the layout of the community are good. My parents like the food. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.

The Gardens at Jackson Creek is a great facility with a wonderful community of tenants that enjoy investing themselves into one another. I would like for them to add a lunch option, right now it is breakfast only. Everything is very nice.

I enjoy my life at the Garden. The staff and residents are friendly and caring people. They work with you to resolve any issues. Although most the issues I have encountered are minimal and quickly handled. I would recommend the Gardens to family and friends.

The best thing about the Gardens at Jackson Creek is the good balance of independent living with accessible, high quality help. My parents were very resistant to this change, so having choices about food, laundry, cable hookups, activities, and personal care helps ease them into accepting the fact that they need help now. They LOVE that freedom to choose. The facility is clean, and the residents are happy and friendly. Its a great value -- our family is really happy we made the move to the Gardens!

My mother has lived at The Gardens for over a year now and it has been a blessing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and she enjoys having meals available, activities and friends to talk to. I have a peace of mind with her being in a secured building. She likes being able to venture outside and loves the view from her window overlooking the river.

I am a 100% combat disabled veteran and as a result I don't do well around other people. My experience here has been very encouraging to me. The other presidents have been helpful in helping me to get to know the various services that are available to me here. I look forward to my continuing improvement.

A Place for Mom has scored The Gardens at Jackson Creek 7.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
