Rent is affordable but they don't screen and anyone can live here. Not a sr. complex many employees live in apts. Geese and duck poop everywhere plus parking lots damaged. Some bldgs have broken front door locks so the bldg is not secure as advertised. No diswashers in apts and no longer has cleaning services, lawn care is minimal. Some blgs have roach problems and maintenance staff is uncooperative. Homeless persons sleep in common areas in the winter. They don't answer phones or voicemail, sometimes email ( but many of my elderly neighbors don't own/use computers). No communication between residents and staff. Frequently changes ownership and management. Look elsewhere!!!!!!

1BR/1Bath $899/month. 2BR $1,099. Large 2BR $1,250 all utilities included. All apartments $500 non-refundable deposit. All residents must have renter's insurance. Emergency pull cords in bathroom and bedroom. Trained nurses on sight. Grab bar in bathtub. Big bathroom, small kitchen, lots of closet space. Private entrance to outside as well as an entrance from the commons area. Some activities in the building as well as activities with the assisted living community nearby. Apartments come with a deck or patio. They do offer trips to the store, but you have to sign up early to reserve a spot. Laundry room in building. This property has independent living apartments, assisted living, and a nursing home. There is a lovely lake with fishing allowed and a wooden bridge to walk across. The apartment was clean and fresh. Light housekeeping is available for $60/month. One pet is allowed under 20 pounds with a non refundable deposit of $500. I could see my mom living there.
