So far my experience has been great. It came just when the family needed it and it has been a godsend to me. The Head of Nurse is very informative and keeps communication open with the family. The staff are good at caring for my loved one. I have not had one concern or complaint about our experience in the last eight months or so. Field trips, sing along, celebrations, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The food smells and looks quite appetizing. We chose The Estates of Hidden Lake because of the value for the money as well as the location is close to a lot of family. She is in memory care and the rooms are spacious. She does have a kitchenette and nice size bedroom/closet/bathroom. It fits her needs well. It is a gated community so it is very safe. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The staff member are friendly, helpful and professional. The meals and dining are great our loved one is enjoying that. The activities are limited, but that is okay we appreciate they are still taking the residents safety as top priority. The value for cost is great, you definitely get what you pay for.

The covid pandemic has really slowed down the activities and the visitation for families is very limited.

We chose The Estates because of the value for the money. The room sizes here are really good, the memory care rooms are private. Some of the employees are fantastic, one of the social workers sends me pictures of my mom after she gets her hair done and texted me and wished me happy mothers day, so I feel like they really do care about your loved ones as well as their families. l I would absolutely recommend to others looking.
