On the day we were supposed to bring Dad to the Bristal Bethpage he fell and hit his head. He ended up in the hospital and then a lengthy re-hab. All the personnel at the Bristal were very helpful and made the transition from re-hab to assisted living seamless. At first when we visited dad he always asked why am I here and when can I go home. After a couple of months he started to feel at home due to the care and kindness of the staff. The quality of the meals was also a big help. Everyone at the Bristal went above and beyond to help him make this transition and our family greatly appreciates it. We have already recommended the Bristal Bethpage to several friends.
