A tour for care

We toured this community and the staff was nice and caring. The menu was nice and they do activities. The community is clean and we liked the environment. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a family member

If you had to be in this area I would recommend this community!!!

My Mother in law is not doing as well as we hoped at this community. She likes the food and they offer a good variety of choices. Interaction with the staff is good and I would rate them about a 3. They do not offer transportation to help with appointments. The administrative staff seem unprofessional regarding the financials. They did do some upgrades on the building such as putting in a new floor

The staff were wonderful, caring and very inclusive. They are really stepping up with the new management. The programs keep residents active and plenty of social activities.

worst experience I've ever had

This was a former facility bought out by Oxton Ct. The previous admin and staff were wonderful. The new administration is sickening. The person I dealt with was the most unprofessional, rudest, uncaring, inconsiderate person I've ever dealt with. They have no interest at all in the residents. I would not leave my dog there.
