I called to get some information regarding the group home and was told to bring her in after I told her she was inpatient and was referred. I wanted to ask about activities and level of care to ensure the match for my loved one. [name removed] began SCREAMING at me and said she wasn't going to say someone could live here without meeting them. I tried to tell her I wasn't asking that when she said this isn't going to work and hung up on me. I called back and she began yelling and said I cussed at her and hung up again. Very grateful to have found out this is how their staff is before my loved one arrived. If this is how she will treat the family imagine how she is treating your loved one when your not around!
