Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They never made me feel as though I was budding in or in their way. They made me feel very welcome as well. The reason I gave a 4 for quality of care is because my sister [name removed]- who passed away in November - seemed as though she was capable of taking care of herself, but that was all fake so I feel as though they left her alone probably more than they should because she scammed them out so well.... I understand that things are expensive, but that doesn't mean I have to like the cost! My sister is being very well taken care of and I really appreciate all the help you and everyone else we live in has given us.
