I love people and how helpful & friendly they are. I love all the menu options that are available. There are so many programs that I enjoy here.

The staff & people make it very comfortable to live here. I feel at home here and have made so many wonderful friends.

The team and most residents are fun to banter with. I love that I'm given the opportunity to stay busy as a bartender at happy hours. I truly look forward to this.

I look forward to spending time with my new friends every day. My caregivers are fabulous and Kate is a very special server. I love that I can have all my church friends visit me here at my new home.

The staff is great and always helpful when needed. The food and servers are wonderful.

StoryPoint stepped in when I had no idea of where to turn after dad had his stroke. My parents lived happily there, with so much support from staff, until their passing.

Absolute terrific! A lot of events to keep us busy I haven't participated in a lot yet but plan on it soon. I am on low sodium option so have to limit what I choose.

If I had to choose a community this is what I would choose! Everyone here is kind and helpful, we are family. I miss playing cards here though and hope it comes back soon.

I think that StoryPoint Medina is a great facility overall. What concerns me is that the facility appears to have a 50% occupancy rate and also the staff turnover. These were things that I fully expected, so it was not upsetting to learn them but why didn't they just answer honestly about them from the start. This has really left me skeptical about everything going forward. I asked very detailed questions in the decision making phase, such as "Is there a schedule for transportation?" and I got answers like, "Nope. We'll take you anywhere you want to go, whenever." Once the lease was signed, however, we found out that there is a schedule and a mileage radius and that there are charges for transporting outside of that radius. That's really the only critique that I have thus far. My dad is happy and safe. Initially, he wasn't at all interested in meals being provided, but now he happily gets dinner every night - and he's very picky about food.

I found this place to be very pleasant. The staff were very kind, helpful and supportive. I met a lot of very nice residents.

StoryPoint is a lovely and well-kept facility. We made a move here to find a more vibrant and socially active community for my mom who needs Assisted Living services, but is mentally sharp and social. The staff is attentive and kind and the social activities, open to all residents, are varied, enjoyable and well done. A friendly and welcoming community!

StoryPoint Medina has excellent positive leadership and this positive attitude is a key part of the entire staff. The staff offers to help assist in all the 'little ways' that make the quality of life better everyday, especially in the 'big picture.' Our Executive Director has developed a 'staff' of quality people who are 'givers', not 'takers' in everyday life. The staff consistently ask if you have any needs before you ask them. They do this sincerely and build a positive relationship with you as an individual. All of this adds up to a better quality of life in the big picture. The line of communication is always open to you. The staff goes above and beyond on a consistent basis for the people everyday. From the Executive Director and the entire staff the positive attitude and sincere caring for you is the ULTIMATE DIFFERENCE MAKER.

The community is very welcoming and the staff is friendly and supportive. The other residents are also very welcoming to new residents. There is a free continental type breakfast. But also a breakfast menu you can purchase cooked food. Lunch is not free, but they have a café restaurant you can order from. Dinner is free. Always a salad, a soup, 2 proteins, a potato type item and vegetable item. And a dessert item. And if you don't like the dinner they will always do a cheeseburger or grilled cheese or something like that.

I love everything about living here. Everybody is nice to you and is always there to lend a hand. The food is good and the community is very clean and well-maintained.
