In the 3 years Ive been at Springwood, Tampy has been special. She helped me every step of the way to movehere. She is sincere, Kind, efficient, encouraging and fun. [names removed],are a great team With [name removed] & the friendly residents this is a very Special place my Home!

The management and staff on site are amazing! They truly care about the residents and provide unconditionally, loving service to all. The only reason I came here was because of the onsight S.W. manager [name removed]... and her kind and unpretentious presence!!! She continues to be the "shining" star on my dark days. I trust and pray that yall keep this beautiful, fun lady here!!!!

I have lived at Springwood for 3.5 years. I have enjoyed living here. Residents are friendly. Staff are great and attentive. Would recommend.

The Springwood community is the most well managed/friendly & supportive community we have ever lived in. This is the 4th building we have lived in, in 40 years. It's a wonderful place to live.

We love our apartment, staff is very pleasant & pleasing to everyone! They will do anything for you! All you have to do is ask and they are there!

I have only lived here a short time bit I would recommend to everyone. The staff here is great and work very hard to please everyone! Always things to do to enjoy with other residents. Happy I'm here.

I looked at everything before choosing Springwood, and I talked to my husband about it for three years before we left our house for our new home here. If I could do it over, I would have moved here when we were 65. The space if beautiful. the surrounding park & pond add to the experience. I have my "garden" on the balcony, and my dog is joyous too! Yes husband loves it. Danbury next door is a bonus, an important one. Springwood/Danbury offers every level of care. You can be as independent as you wish while getting all the care you need. One bill! No taes, no lawn care. And you get HOUSEKEEPING & maintenance. I highly recommend Springwood.

Management is great. Housekeeping is great. Maintenance is great. Residents are welcoming. Have birthday gatherings, breakfast, and lunch games.

I have been here over 2 years. The other residents are kind and caring. The apartments are very spacious. The manager is wonderful, arranging many nice activities.

I am so happy to be a resident of Springwood Apts! All of us having to be over 55 means all residents have something wonderful in common. Everyone here, including staff, are active and enjoy life!

Springwood is a wonderful place to live and interact with interesting individuals who live in the facility. There are varied activities run by the residents and the springwood staff (both inside and outside the facility, which you are free to attend as you wish, so a low pressure environment.) Utilities & maintenance included along with in the apartment washer & dryer, twice a month cleaning, two monthly meals provided by springwood, and indoor climate-controlled garage make it a very easy and comfortable place to live year round.

My experience at Springwood has been excellent with a professional and knowledgeable staff.

I have lived her for 6 months now and from the very first day I have loved living here. The manager has a true heart of gold and goes way above the duties of a manager to make sure everybody is well taken care of. The apartments are very spacious.

My husband and I really enjoyed living at Springwood! It is a warm, friendly and active community. You can participate as much or little as you want. Lots of opportunities to go off the property for planned events such as pontoon boating at Portage Lakes, Winery visit, Penninsula train ride, just to name a few! [name removed], the Director, is amazing! We moved out due to a temporary relocation, but plan to return in the future! I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the great experience we had while living at the Springwood luxury community! From day one, the Manager made us feel right at home in our new surroundings. The manager couldn't do enough to ensure our move in went smoothly. The amenities the Springwood had to offer were above our expectations in every way. The manager had an open door policy for the residents which really made us feel a part of the community! I highly recommend the Springwood for all it has to offer.
