I am very impressed with Spring Cypress ,and would highly recommend. It's very nice and clean. It's a new facility. My loved one is very happy, and is pleased with the food. They answer all of our questions/concerns. They offer breakfast starting at 7:30am, and then they have activities throughout the day. Compared to other places, the value for the money is good.

I was not very impressed by Spring Cypress. It was the prettiest facility and the newest and brightest. It was also the most expensive out of the many we saw. But looks only take you so far. The sales lady was just that, a sales lady. She did not know the answers to the questions that we were asking. It is also 2 stories and my loved one does not like to use elevators. I felt like here you were paying for what looks good.

Spring Cypress was very nice and super clean. The tour experience that we had was great. We did notice that there were not a lot of activities going on and the residents in memory care were just kind of sitting around which is what my loved one did at home and he was kind of depressed. We were looking for a place that had a lot of engaging activities.

Spring Cypress was just too small for my loved ones. They needed a 2-bedroom, which wasn't available at the time. And the 1-bedroom was too small. It couldn’t fit a king bed, and the closet didn't have enough room for their clothes. I liked Cypress Spring and wanted to to go with them otherwise. It was a pretty place. But there was just not enough space and storage.
We chose Spring Cypress because it is a gorgeous facility and for us the location is very close. It is a newer facility and it is just super nice. The room sizes at the facility are good, we got my mom a smaller room but it is perfect for what she needs. The staff members have been very accommodating and have gone out of their way for us. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Community was very nice, but was too big and they didn’t have a room available on the 1st floor to be convenient to potty the dog.

We were told Our loved one would be able to start out with a certain amount of care and would be able to get more care as needed. All the way up to hospice, if needed. Now they say they are not able to give him the extra care he needs. The week before they said they would need to move him to the first floor because of fire safety codes. Guess he went from second floor, to first floor, and now out the door. Is this because they don’t have a place on the first floor for him? This is an 85 year old man being dumped out the door during a COvId19 pandemic. Not professional or ethical at all.

The facility is nice and new and the concierge and culinary staff are amazing. It all stops there. I have a parent in memory care and one in assisted living. One is currently in a rehab facility because the facility acted irresponsibly when the LVN was out for an extended period (and they won't hire a 2nd LVN despite their excuses). The corporate RN was never notified and they were negligent in not carrying out doctor's order. In addition a prescribed medicine was never administered which resulted in a 6 day hospitalization and current rehab stay going on 6 weeks. Today I was told they gave 3 people in memory care each other medicines, one being one of my parents! Don't walk, run away.

Dear Family Member, Spring Cypress Angels in the Memory Support area helped my family beyond words. As the disease changed my Mom they understood my pain and the difficulty to see her fall apart. They had fun with her and truly are called to serve like Jesus. I am humbled by their dedication and work. This Spring Cypress is the best place, we moved Mom 2x to find people who have a call and heart to walk a difficult path with all of us. Thankful DG

My family was seeking a Memory Support place for Mom, we had her at a place nearby that was a Memory place that had her heavily drugged and poor services. Upon arriving in Jan of 2019 Mom was amongst a loving group of girl friends, she had attentive CNAs and Nursing Staff. There were times when I was over reacting and having a hard time with the changes and they were so forgiving. In July Mom took a deep turn and passed away slowly over the last 17 days of July as we ministered hospice. I am still recovering from that experience, the staff was amazing and kind. This is a place where love is real. They are part angel.

A Place for Mom has scored Spring Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care 8.2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
