August 2, 2024Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience at Clovis! Your recommendation and feedback mean a lot to us, have a great day!
The problem we faced in the time we had there was they changed the staff that they used for caregivers at first it was great with [name removed] and her staff but when it changed to [removed] and I forget the guys name it was terrible and I was shocked at the care they gave my parents. I ended up hiring our own caregivers from an agency to care for them.

July 10, 2024Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing your experience with our team. The staff is kind. When asked about a few repairs that we asked about they never were repaired. They contracted with a different health care workers from [name removed] to [name removed] the change was really terrible. My parents needed 24 hour care and they did not do what they had promised. [name removed] and her care providers were wonderful to my parents and when they made the changes it was awful. They no longer checked on my parents and they took the money but did not provide the care. So I had to hire care providers on my own and they didn't seem to care. I explained what happened to the [name removed] at solstice and she acted as though they didn't care. My mom passed away on [date removed] and we moved my dad to another place. They were only at Solstice from [date removed] to [date removed] .

Our family had an in person tour with Solstice Senior Living and it was wonderful, but there are no nurses there and therefore the Long Term Care Plan would not pay.

Our mother is currently at Solstice Senior Living and we are very impressed with them. The staff members go out of their way to accommodating your needs. She has her own apartment which she likes and does not have to share. I would recommend families to this community.

This was a wonderful community. There was no full time no nurse and the long term care insurance wouldn't pay for this community due to no full time no nurse on staff.

Very close to busy streets. All independent living, so any help/care is extra and seems pricey. The heating system in the apartment is a mini-split system, like in a motel, so you have complete control over the heating and cooling of your apartment but the unit takes up a big amount of valuable space in each room.

March 24, 2021Thank you for living a review. We would love to talk with you about how we can make your experience even better. Please call our Executive Director Steve Hergenroeder at [removed].
The community is a comfortable place to live. and I would recommend it. I don't like the director so if you can avoid him it's great. They have a variety of room sizes and the food is well balenced. We are all under one roof so that we don't have to leave to use amities.

Older facility but smaller, family type atmosphere. Slower paced but offered many activities for clients. Sales manager extremely helpful. Would schedule a visit and possibly have dinner.

It was a nice place. I want to move there. Has a lot going for it. Good location, very clean, friendly people and no moving for increased medical care. Had not thought about that before. Did not realize some places split up couples with increased medical care issues. Something to consider.

A Place for Mom has scored Solstice Senior Living at Clovis 6.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
