Serenity Villa

As a family member, finding the right place for a loved one is an incredibly challenging and emotional decision. After extensive research and numerous visits to various assisted living facilities, we chose Serenity Villa, and it has proven to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we first visited Serenity Villa, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The facility is impeccably maintained, with beautiful gardens and comfortable living spaces that truly feel like home. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a sense of independence while ensuring safety and accessibility. The staff at Serenity Villa are exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and professional but also genuinely caring and compassionate. Serenity Villa has exceeded our expectations in every way. It is a place where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.

We are so grateful to have found Serenity Villa. Every caregiver is compassionate, loving and caring. My Mom's individual needs and wants are their priority everyday! All of these wonderful people go out of their way to know my Mom and our family. It's so clean, peaceful, comfortable and cheerful. Mom is so happy to be staying at such a wonderful place. The care, variety of activities, the amenities are second to none. We trust every one of these caring angels implicitly and wouldn't want Mom anywhere else.

I would place a family member in Serenity Villa without a second thought. The staff is dedicated to providing top quality care to their residents and making it feel like a home. I enjoy the small, homey feel of the facility.

Serenity Villa is really clean and their staff is really friendly if I could rate friendliness a 6 or 7 I would. The value here is really good they keep their prices very competitive. They just offer so many activities, last Friday they had a mini carnival where the staff cooked some food and they had some games out for them to participate in. They play bingo and even take them out on small trips to go get ice cream. The staff really keeps an open line of communication they keep me updated on my brother and his situation. We expected him to take a little while longer to get adjusted but it has only been a few weeks and he is already adjusted. The rooms are really big and spacious. I had looked and found other nice places and Serenity Villa was my last one, it was just great. I actually visit my brother about 4 times a week and every time I am very pleased. I have not had a chance to eat the food but I am told it is very good, I did see the menu and it looked really well balanced and full of variety, the cook here is really good. My brother’s room faces out to the patio out back where he can see beautiful trees. The back is very nice scenic wise. You do hear the highway but you can’t see it. The landscaping is really good with a nice country feel to it.

Serenity is a nice facility, but the last time I did a walk-thru, they only had a semi-private room available...I stopped in on Saturday, 6/8 and there wasn't anyone there to help me and the staff didn't think they had space available.

The director was wonderful and gave us alot of great information. The place was very clean and we liked the lay out the buliding. Staff was very friendly and the patients seem happy there. It also was a locked buliding for the demantia patients.

looks nice on website. Not very convenient location.

Nice facility. Brand new. Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor area. The only drawback is the studio apartment-like rooms. This is a locked facility.
