Superb care and comfort in a lovely & active setting

Making the decision that it is time for a loved one to be cared for outside of their own home is an extremely difficult one. When that time arrives they deserve a place that provides quality care, feels like home and is concerned about their safety and well being. We found that for our mother in The Sanctuary Grande. The Sanctuary Grande is a beautiful and well cared for facility with caring, qualified & energetic staff. The environment is bright & cheerful providing residents with the warmth & comfort of home. The residents are well cared for physically, socially and emotionally. We are grateful knowing our mother is in such kind, caring and loving hands!... Read more

Better Than Most

This was an okay community for my loved ones. This is a good community for those without memory care needs. My loved ones don't care for the food provided by the community. The staff have been responsive to any questions or concerns the family has had.

My review of Sanctuary Grande

I hope that I can afford to live in a place like this community when I need it. I would even go earlier so that I can enjoy it some also. The staff here are wonderful with my loved one. The activities are age appropriate and they engage everyone in the community.

Wonderful Facility

Our loved one is settling in nicely at Sanctuary Grande. It is a beautiful and well maintained, clean facility. She is able to socialize and she is making new friends. The staff at the front desk are wonderful. I can call the front desk if she doesn't answer her phone in her room they will go out and find her to give her my message. Anytime I have any questions are concerns they respond quickly. They have a 24-hour nursing staff that keep in close communication with me and calls me after each doctor's visit to give me updates. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. She has a very nice apartment with a patio on the first floor. There is also a patio located on the outside of the activity center. They have a monthly calendar of activities and outings for the residents, and also deliver a schedule of daily events each morning to the residents. I had dined there one time and the meals at that time were good. The have a daily special and if the resident does not like the special, they can order from a menu. They and go to the dining room anytime between 7am & 7 pm, and do not need reservations as some facilities require. Sanctuary Grand is within 3 miles to family members it is a perfect location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this community to others.

A Place for Mom has scored Sanctuary Grande 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
