GreenView Assisted Living

I can't say enough about the care that was given to my Mother in Assisted Living and Special Care Unit. The facility is very clean, the food hot and tasty with a nice variety of menu items. Any staff member, from Administrative, Nursing, Housekeeping/Laundry, Maintenance, Kitchen, Activities, Nursing Assistants provided a caring and compassionate level of interest and care to her. I cant thank Greenview Assisted Living enough for making this her "home".

Ultra clean and comfortable facility and well maintained and helpful staff Rooms are very clean and maintained. I definitely recommend GreenView.

The area was closer to friends of the family. We were very impressed with the Director and staff. The facility is clean and inviting. They have many activities for the residents and the food is very good.

Overall I would recommend Greenview to others in a heartbeat, it is a great facility.

Some of these reviews are laughable! This place has live, compassion, patience and more! This community has 20 years experience and a lot of staff. Most have been there for over a decade and more! Clean, positive, honest and it doesn’t look like a nursing home because they take people who are appropriate for their community. They have had multiple family members of mine and have even declined one because she was out of their scope of care. This is the only community who isn’t trying to fill beds!

i don't know anything about the assisted living side, as they may be okay. however, the memory care unit needs to work on staffing retention because they can't meet the needs of the residents. they seemed untuned with the residents and i'm unsure of the reason. i noticed them constantly getting angry with the residents and not practicing patience with my loved one. they were oblivious to my dads needs where we often had to tell them what to do, which resulted in further upsetting the staff. some of the staff really made things difficult for us; it often felt like we had to fight for everything. they don't follow through on their promises and eventually asked my dad to leave. their excuse was "he has too many needs" - i'm unsure if that was the real reason or if it was due to their staffing issues. regardless, this was inconvenient and stressful as we had to move my loved one twice within two months. the people who work in intake made this place sound amazing; i'm aware that that's their job, but this community did not meet my expectations.

I would highly recommend this community to others based on my experience. The staff was friendly and they kept the community very neat and clean. The value was also better than the other communities in the area.

We chose Greenview because I knew a couple of the staff members here so I felt very comfortable having them as contacts going in. They also ended up being less expensive than another place we looked into. They are very friendly and I like that it is privately owned and operated rather than being a big corporation. I would highly recommend to others looking.

My mom was only here for about 6 hours before they told us that we had to come pick her up. The staff members here that we dealt with were outstanding, they did not have the capability of handling someone like my mom who was anxious and a little aggressive.

Nice assisted living facility with two styles of studios. Includes 3 meals a day, all utilities, housekeeping, linen and local transportation.

have studio apartment available in which there is kichinet and then bedroom/living area. Have a chapel which has mass and other denominational services 2-3 x/ wk. Larde activity room with movies and library.

GreenView is so fresh and clean right from the beginning. You are greeted so warmly and professionally. The team there is so warm and loving and always take great care of residents. Admissions process, care givers and cleanliness of facility are the best!
