Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation

It depends on the shift, but the day shift is great. My loved one does not like the food.

It is very clean and the aides are very friendly! My loved one is getting very good care. I would like them to be more pro-active like giving me updates when I come and give me updates. Unless I go seek out information I don't get it.

They seem to be short staffed. Some of the aides and nurses are good but others are not. The food is terrible.

I haven't met one nurse that wasn't nice! The nurses and the nurse manager are nice as well as some of the aides, but there is just not enough people. It is a different experience being on the floor that my mother is on from the actual hospital floor. For quite a long time I was there and she didn't get changed but they are doing the best with what they have. They should literally double the aides. I went down there to ask her to be changed before she went to activities. The food is pretty lousy, to be honest, and is cold by the time it gets to her. I left a message for physical therapy but I never got a call back.

The therapy is very consistent and she is pleased with the therapy services! Most of the aides are very nice. The place is truly beautiful... it really is! If they could get rid of some of those staff members that have a negative attitude the place would be top notch. They need some professionals in there to clean. I would say overall just some room for improvement throughout the building. She does not like the food.

The rehab services are really good. Occupational therapy and physical therapy are really good. Most of the staff are really pleasant and nice. Most of the time my loved one presses the button it takes a long time to get help. She doesn't eat much but when she does she doesn't complain about the food.

So far they have all been in there talking with him. His room his clean. He said the food is good, just when it gets to him it's cold.

Royal Suites is a great facility.

The therapy is excellent and they are great. The speech therapist has been very helpful. Overall it's been 5 stars with just a few snags. It is very clean and the staff is very nice with dinner was a little late last night. Overall everyone has been good with the nursing staff being very nice and good. Usually when I have lunch they mop the floor and sweep the floors. They keep it very clean and my mom's room too. The atmosphere was very nice and it looks like a hotel. The chairs are very nice and they just redid their lobby. The meals are very good and good for her diet.

I'd recommend the rehab at Royal Suites. The meals are pretty good. The bathroom was filthy as could be the other day and it took them a day to fix it.

They work all your muscles in rehab. They don't play around! The staff are very friendly and good. They communicate very well and everything is explained to you when you get here. Sometimes you have to wait after you ring bell, but they are really nice here. They come in everyday and sweep and mop. The food is here and there.

The nurses are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The food looked very good and she ate very well. I have not seen a doctor. The nurses and aides communicate very well. They are following the orders but I am fed up with the system with hospice. Zero on communication but the care is excellent. The nurses and aides communicate very well though.

The staff have been extremely helpful and courteous. The supervisor was extremely helpful. From my perspective, the facility is well kept and it's clean. But my mother does complain about the food, she says it's always clean. She has had a nice peaceful night sleeping, so we are at a turning point. The facility is secure and they have nice sized rooms. My mother told me that she is doing a lot. So to me, that's progress. She says they gave her a nice work out. The hallways and elevators are clean. The therapy window, there are no streaks or hand prints. The lobby area is clean and well kept.

It hasn't been bad but it hasn't been over the top good either. No one has talked to me about anything.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. They seem short staffed. Some of the staff was excellent and some not even answering the buzzer. The meals were always cold. Never had anything hot. If I asked the nurses they would tell me information, but I never saw a doctor.

The rehab is excellent. They are short staffed though. The nurses told him often that when he asked for things that was not their job and he needed to get someone else. You can wait for an hour for the bell to be answered. The meals were not good and not hot. I was there 3 years ago and the food was bad then and still is.

My brother was a patent here in January, Exceptional Care. He can be difficult and they worked with him to receive the best care possible. He is back in his Assisted Living having quickly returned o his prior level after his hospitalization He wanted to stay and Royal will be our choice when he needs Long Term Care Thank you to all.

My loved one is going back there. It is a good place. The therapy is great. I have no problem with the nurses and it's very clean. The rooms stay clean and the beds are made up. The food is good. They have good communication. All of them are fine.
