The nurses and aides are friendly but I wish my loved one's sheets were changed more frequently.

The nurses are very efficient and it's really clean!

I think that they are not doing their job and there is not enough of them. I have to wait a lot but they are good when they help. The therapy is wonderful and a five plus.

The food is terrible and I find that the furnishing in the rooms is not up to par. Most of the nurses are good but I think they are understaffed when it comes to the people who assist the nurses. I found that the bathrooms are not clean and that they should be cleaned on a daily basis. The food is terrible. I haven't had any real communication.

I am there a lot and it takes a very long time for assistance. I have not had anyone communicate with me about PT services for her progression or where she stands. The aides have been great and it seems to be very clean to me.

I did not have any communication with anyone from here but the nurses and therapists were wonderful. The occupational and speech therapist was wonderful.

It's kind of depressing but I guess that is the nature of a nursing home. My mom doesn't seem too thrilled about the food. She was given a menu to fill out so she can pick what she eats but they are just giving her whatever. It does seem to be pretty clean here but no one has reached out to talk to us.

Everyone is very nice and attentive. There is no odor and It is a clean facility. The meals are very appetizing, my loved one enjoyed the food!

I love the fact that she is able to go to one place and move around. She is interactive with people. One person was really informative. Some days are cleaner than others.

I’d recommend Royal Suites. They tell me what's going on. Her meals are sometimes are cold, though.

Every time I go there to visit my loved one it is clean. The nurses are excellent! All of them were helpful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. They answered my questions and took care of what we needed. The facility provided monthly activities like bingo! The rehab therapists worked her hard.

My loved one is very happy with everything. The therapist is helping my loved one. The nurses are awesome. They have been really friendly and It is pretty clean here. I only get updates from my loved one.

The nurses are really good! The aides are great and they have very good meals. They have been good about answering my questions.

They have been very helpful. The parking can be a bit difficult. I have heard the therapy has gone very well. The nursing is very good. Sometimes there is not enough help. They have been very helpful and friendly. They have been very good at communicating.

The housekeeping staff are cleaning all the time. No odors and very clean. The lobby people are friendly. Any time I go I speak with the nurses and they are open about what I ask. They are willing to share information. The nurses are fine and competent. One of the aides are nice but the others seem grumpy. They talk about their salary where people can hear. One said that she doesn't get paid enough to take patients to the bathroom. They look busy but need to be attentive to the patients. My loved one hasn't been too happy with the food.

The meals are great! You have to wait and there are lots of patients. My loved one is now getting his meds when he needs them. It was rough at the beginning but it all got straightened out. Some things have to remind them to do the cleaning staff are busy. They do not tell you when they will take you to therapy.

The rehab therapy is very good. The staff was great and the facility is nice. One of the nurses was very attentive and detailed. She knew exactly what she was there for and she was on it. She helped with the food and medical if things changed. The cleanliness is beautiful and perfect. The nurse gave me her own bottled water for my son. The food was horrible.

The aides are very friendly and the nurses were great! When I call they are nice and they do what we asked them to do. I am very impressed with the cleanliness! There was one aide that was very good. My loved one is not improving much in therapy. The food is not cooked enough for her. She gets her meals in her room and asked them to cook her vegetable to be soft and I do not know if they are doing that now. They are not very good with communication.

From the people who clean the room and the people who serve the food, they have all been really good to my mom. I remember the nurses because they are so good to my mother. The place is wonderful and spotless. The quality of the food is good. Pretty good communication but not the best. Always have to ask for every problem. I wish there was more communication.
