Richmont Senior Living

My loved one was a resident at Richmont Senior Living. This is a very nice facility, everything was great and we were very happy with it. The care, the cleanliness, the friendliness were all great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We decided on Richmont because my brother and his wife went and they really liked it. It was very clean and the staff were all super friendly vs what they had witnessed at other places during the search. It does seem like they have had some staffing shortages in the past but they are still doing a great job. Overall I would recommend this community to others looking.

My loved one seems to like the food. They have activities, and something is going on all the time. It's affordable. The apartments/suites is slightly bigger, better laid out, and it's a good price range. The staff is friendly, and knows eveyone by name, and treats them well. I chose this community, out of all the places, because my loved one picked this one as first choice in the affordabilty category , and they had openings.

I believe this is a very good place to place a loved one that needs assisted living. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. This is suitable for most individual's pocketbooks. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are responsive to questions and concerns. They are good about keeping the family updated on your loved one's care. There is a sheet sent to the family with activities. Field trips, games, entertainers, card parties, arts and crafts, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The community has transportation to doctor appointments and more for the resident's to use.

The Richmont Senior Living community is very clean and modern looking, and there are now fowl smells anywhere in the community. They have quite a few different activities going on and we would recommend this community to others.

We chose Richmont Senior Living because the people could not have been any nicer, we were in within a week and everything worked out great. They are really easy to communicate with and they are very good about calling back with any questions or concerns. The director has been in my moms room a couple of times checking in on her, they are very hands on team. My mom feels safe here and I feel safe having her here. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My mother was moved to Richmont Terrace after a poor experience at another AL facility. The staff at Richmont welcomed my mom and immediately took care of her needs. I feel my mom is safe and her needs are met. My mom has made friends and all staff members encourage residents to be their best.

I would highly recommend the community for others for their loved ones. They have been great for us. The staff are easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. My loved one likes it here. We were lucky to find them.

The community really keeps an eye on the residence. The staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance takes care of any issues very fast. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The community is very neat and clean also.

We chose Richmont Senior Living because they did not seem understaffed, they seemed friendly, and it was cheaper than where she was before. The room sizes are pretty standard compared to the others we looked at. I would recommend.

I would tell others that the food here is hit or miss depending on the day, but overall it is very good. The staff members are awesome, I would give them a 5+. we used to have a lot of activities to participate in here, but they have been stopped so we are looking forward to having those back. I would and have recommended this community. Before I moved in here, I had checked out several places and to me this is the best value for the money.

I would recommend Richmont. The staff is friendly and caring. They are doing their best to keep us safe during the pandemic. The food is good, and we go down to get breakfast and return to our rooms. Dinner is delivered to our rooms at noon.

The staff is good the place is clean. The food is not bad, it just comes oo often. I am not always that hungry. The room sizes are good, we have a two-bedroom apartment and use the second bedroom as a computer room. It is enough space.

The adjustment of moving to an Independent Senior Living facility from a comfortable family home, for many of us, was huge. It can be more of a challenging than most of us realize which makes the right choice very important. Our search for the right place began several years ago and culminated in the choice of Richmont Village. First: We were treated by the tour personnel in way that communicated a caring vision for persons looking for a place to spend the latter years of life, offering accommodations that actually exceeded our expectations at an affordable price. Second: From the signing of the agreements, to the moving in process, and to the warm welcome, the Staff has demonstrated a high degree of excellence. Clearly their goal was to make us feel like we were joining a family rather than an institution that houses residents. Finally: We are particularly impressed with professionalism and compassion of the Executive Director, [name removed]. She is unwavering in her commitment to the care of the Richmont Village family. The commitment to excellence is reflected in her entire staff. It’s a pleasure to call Richmont Village “home”.

Grandma has been at Richmont Village for over 12 years. We continue to be impressed with the opportunity for her to be in independent living while feeling safe and secure. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and care she receives each day in this community of seniors through her relationship with the staff and residents. I have lived here for a year and I am very happy here. There's good entertainment and outings. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Richmont Senior Living.

We are extremely pleased with this community. They have continuously lived up to their high standards that were promised I couldn't have asked for a better community for my mom. She is doing extremely well here. She is doing all activities and attending all the social events she can. She loves the residents and the staff here.Everyone is so friendly and nice. She says the food is awesome. The community is always clean and well maintained no odors or smells. I would recommend them.

Even through this period of adjustment, my loved one is doing great at this facility! The staff are just wonderful and they do a great job at catering to my loved one's needs and requests. She also gets many chances to socialize with other residents and participate in activities. We are all very pleased!
